Are your products handmade?
Yes! Every CocoaLuxe product is handmade to ensure quality and care. Our fragrances are custom-blended to evoke a sensory-rich experience. From our body oils to our candles, each item is crafted with love, precision, and purpose.
Where are you located?
We’re based in Maryland, U.S.A, but we serve self-care lovers all across the U.S. through our online store and curated retail partners.
Do you offer gift cards?
Absolutely. CocoaLuxe e-gift cards are perfect for birthdays, holidays, or just because. You can purchase them directly on our website.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location. You’ll receive tracking once your order is on the way!
Can I pick up my order locally?
We have suspended our local pick-up and drop-off service. We will communicate any changes to this service when it occurs.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery—we want you to love your experience.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We carefully package all items, but if something arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the item and packaging within 3 days of receiving it. We’ll make it right.

Holiday Order + Fulfillment
- Due to increased order volume during Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, and Cyber Monday, our fulfillment and shipping timeframe may take up to 7-10 business days.
- Our store closes for winter break and family time December 16 through New Year’s Day. Our last ship day to ensure orders arrive on time is December 15.
- We encourage customers to order early to ensure delivery before Christmas.
- Custom orders are not available beyond what is offered during our holiday campaigns.
Holidays, Observances & Vacations
- Orders placed during store closures will be processed on the next business day after reopening.
- Store closures will be announced on our homepage, email newsletters, and social media.
Are your body care products suitable for sensitive skin?
We formulate with gentle, nourishing ingredients like shea butter, coconut oil, and botanical extracts. While many customers with sensitive skin enjoy our products, we recommend patch testing first or reviewing the full ingredients list.
Do you offer options for those sensitive to fragrance?
Absolutely. We understand that not everyone enjoys or can tolerate scented products, which is why we offer unscented versions of our body care essentials. These options deliver the same nourishing benefits—without any added fragrance—making them perfect for sensitive skin or scent-free routines. Just look for the “Unscented” label when shopping.
What ingredients do you use in your body products?
Most of our products are made with plant-derived ingredients, certified essential oils, organic sugar (scrubs), and certified fragrance oils. Our body butter is vegan - no animal products or manufactured stabilizers.
What’s the shelf life of your body care products?
Since our products are made with natural ingredients and without unnecessary preservatives, we recommend using them within 6–9 months for optimal freshness and performance.
What is the best way to store body care items?
Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Extreme temperatures can affect the texture and scent of natural products.
How do I layer your body care products for best results?
- Start with our Whipped Sugar Scrub or Body Polish to exfoliate your skin.
- Use our Body Wash for all-over cleansing.
- Follow with a towel-dried application of our Body Oil (if you have time to air dry, apply to skin immediately after shower).
- Seal in moisture with our Shea + Cocoa Body Butter.
- Finish with our Luxury Body Spray.
Can I request a custom fragrance?
We currently do not offer custom fragrances for individual orders, but we love feedback! If you’re looking for private label or wholesale options, please reach out—we’d love to collaborate.
What type of wax do you use in your candles?
Our candles are made with a premium soy blend wax that burns cleanly and slowly, allowing you to enjoy each fragrance to the fullest.
How long do your candles burn?
Depending on the size, our candles have an approximate burn time of 25–60 hours. Always trim your wick to ¼ inch before lighting to get the best results.
Are your room sprays and diffusers safe for pets?
Our fragrance products are phthalate-free and thoughtfully blended, but we always suggest using sprays and diffusers in well-ventilated areas and keeping them out of reach of pets.
I prefer lighter scents or fragrance-free spaces. Do you have options for that?
Yes! While many of our home fragrance products are designed to create a sensory-rich experience, we also offer select options with subtle, clean scents. We're always working to provide more inclusive options for every preference.
What makes your reed diffusers unique?
We use rattan reed sticks, which have a natural porous structure, with tiny channels that slowly yet efficiently draw up fragrance oils into the air. Our reed diffusers are not only long-lasting, but we also include botanical florals for a luxurious touch—both in scent and style.
Are your products natural or organic?
Many of our ingredients are naturally derived and some are organic. We carefully choose ingredients that are effective, skin-loving, and safe—avoiding harmful additives and synthetic fillers.
Do your products contain parabens, sulfates, or phthalates?
Nope! All CocoaLuxe products are free from parabens, sulfates, and phthalates. We believe in clean beauty and wellness you can trust.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Our products come in recyclable glass, PET jars, and aluminum containers. Our marketing materials are made with recyclable materials and we source our gift and shipping boxes from suppliers whose focus is using recyclable materials.
